Is it me or do I think that whoever plays the role of Superman will be cursed?
Think about all of the actors who've played Superman what ever happened to them?
Kirk Allyn.... Dead! George Reeves...Dead! The actor who played Superman on Broadway in the mid 60's...wherabouts unknown! Bud Collyer, the voice of the original Superman animated series in the 40's and 60's...Dead! Christopher Reeve...Dead! All of the guys who played Superboy on Fox, where are they now? At a comic convention in 1997, I talked with the second actor who played Superboy on Fox in the early 90's and broke it down to him and he didn't want to hear it! Think about all of the Lois Lanes and what happened to them in their lives? And now, Warner Bros. and DC decided to make another Superman entitled "Superman Returns."
Brandon Routh (Clark Kent/Kal-El/Superman) is the new Superman now so I wonder what will happen to him?
Bottom line, don't mess with the "S!"
